COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- Richland County's top law officer is inviting the public to a special festival to celebrate fall.

Sheriff Leon Lott says he wants people to take time out of their schedules on Monday and enjoy a family-friendly evening.

Lott says he's hosting a free gathering at the Decker Boulevard Chick-fil-A restaurant that includes games, food, fellowship and music.

The event kicks off at 5:30 p.m.
