COLUMBIA (WACH) -- Main Street Ice remains open in downtown Columbia past the holiday season.

Midlands residents can still enjoy an outdoor ice rink in downtown Columbia through January 21.

Workers at the ice rink say they will have no trouble keeping the ice frozen during the warm up expected across the Midlands this weekend.

The cost to skate is $10 for adults and $8 for children 12 and under.

The new operating hours for the rink are:

Monday – Friday, 4 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday, 11 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Sunday, 1 p.m. - 9 p.m.
