Thursday, October 11, 2012  The Columbia Police Chief Department announced the arrest of a man they say shot into a crowd at a local McDonald’s restaurant last weekend.Torance Lamar Peoples, 20, is charged with Seven Counts of Attempted Murder, Possession of a Weapon during the Commission of a Violent Crime, Possession of a Firearm by a Person Convicted of a Violent Crime and Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Conveyance.
