COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- Several groups are speaking out against a bill requiring South Carolina voters to show photo identification. The American Civil Liberties Union, the League of Women Voters, NAACP and AARP are among groups gathering Wednesday at the Statehouse to oppose the bill they say affects all South Carolina voters and taxpayers.
