Gov. Nikki Haley is visiting the South Carolina coast for a ceremonial bill signing of an incentives package for Boeing. The governor's schedule shows she will be visiting the company's North Charleston plant Friday with Boeing officials and state lawmakers. She actually signed the $120 million incentive package last month.
