Tuesday, July 12, 2011  According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the crash happened Tuesday morning at 1929 Bluff Road south of Columbia.  Investigators say the victim has been transported to the hospital in serious condition.  He was wearing a helmet at the time, according to officials.
