COLUMBIA (WACH) - There's a new weekly farmer's market in Columbia's Vista.

You can find South Carolina farmers and vendors under the Lincoln Street canopy by Blue Marlin each Wednesday.  They are selling fresh, seasonal South Carolina produce to Vista visitors and those who work in the neighborhood.

But this farmer's market is unique: shoppers can shop online at the market's website in advance, choose the produce they'd like, and then pick up their fresh fruit and vegetables at the market on Wednesday.

- Restaurants and chefs can place their orders in advance on the market's website http://vista.locallygrown.net/ and pick up their bulk produce on Wednesdays.

- Individuals and families can customize a weekly basket family share ($25) or half share ($15) of produce through the Vista Marketplaces Collective buying program and pick up the produce at the marketplace each Wednesday.

- Vista visitors, those that work in the Vista and the general public can purchase produce during the markets Wednesday operating hours.
