Special wine commemorates USC baseball championships

COLUMBIA (WACH) - Commemorating Gamecock baseball’s historic “back-to-back” National Championships in 2010 and 2011, a two bottle wine collection will be available April 1 at wine retailers throughout South Carolina.
The Ray Tanner Series is being distributed by Southern Wine and Spirits of South Carolina with proceeds benefiting the USC baseball and golf programs.
“We are honored to once again recognize outstanding achievements by Gamecock sports teams,” said Southern Wine and Spirits VP/ GM Tom Collins. “ These wines honor the two incredible National Championships as well as benefit the baseball and golf programs.”
A list of participating retailers and their locations will be available at GamecocksOnline.com in mid-March.
