COLUMBIA (WACH) – Scott Wingo’s walk-off home run in the bottom of the ninth gave South Carolina a thrilling 6-5 victory over Arkansas on Saturday at Carolina Stadium.  

Wingo’s home run was his third game-winning hit of the season.

The rubber game between the Gamecocks and the Razorbacks is set for 1:30 p.m. on Sunday at Carolina Stadium.

Sunday will also be senior day.  Fans are encouraged to arrive by 1:10 p.m. for the ceremony for this year’s class. (Robert Beary, Jose Mata, Adrian Morales, John Taylor, Brady Thomas and Scott Wingo are the seniors who will be recognized.)
