COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- South Carolina's home opener with Florida Atlantic on Sept. 19 will kickoff at 7 p.m.
The school announced the starting time Tuesday. The athletic department also said that the contest at Williams-Brice Stadium will be available on pay-per-view. The Gamecocks open the season Thursday night, Sept. 3 at North Carolina State. Then they go to Georgia on Sept. 12 before returning for their first game on campus.
After Florida Atlantic, South Carolina has a quick turnaround, facing Mississippi on Thursday night, Sept. 24.
The North Carolina State and Mississippi games will be on ESPN. The Georgia contest is on ESPN2.
