Gamecocks draw Crimson Tide in SEC first round

COLUMBIA (WACH) - South Carolina will play Alabama in the first round of the SEC Men's Basketball Tournament.

The Gamecocks, who finished with the 12th seed in the league, play the fifth-seeded Crimson Tide at 3:30 (eastern) pm Thursday in New Orleans. The winner of the game will play Florida Friday at 3:30 pm.

USC finished the regular season Saturday with a 67-55 loss to Georgia.
