CLEMSON (WACH) -Former Clemson quarterback Randy Anderson has lost his battle with cancer, according to the University. He was 46 years old.
Anderson died Tuesday in Houston, Texas.
He was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a cancer of the plasma cells, in 2006, and underwent a double stem cell transplant later that year. Complications led to leukemia, however.
Anderson played for the Tigers from 1984 to 1987 and was a part of two ACC Championship teams.
