CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) -- Clemson will face defending national champion Auburn at noon in Death Valley on Sept. 17.

The school announced kickoff times for the game between the two sets of Tigers along with Clemson's first two contests on Wednesday.

Clemson will open the season on Sept. 3 at home with a 3:30 p.m. game against Troy and follow that a week later taking on Football Championship Subdivision opponent Wofford at home, also at 3:30 p.m.

Clemson plays Auburn the next Saturday. No other start times have been set.
