Both the Carolina Panthers and the Atlanta Falcons will open the 2010-2011 NFL season on the road.

The Panthers will help christen the new Meadowlands stadium September 12th against the New York Giants.  That came can be seen on WACH-FOX.

Atlanta travels to Pittsburgh to face the Steelers that same day.  Baltimore, Seattle and San Francisco are some of the other notable, non-division foes for the Falcons.

Former Panthers quarterback Jake Delhomme will see his old team when Carolina visits the Browns November 28th.  Longtime Panthers linebacker Julius Peppers visits Bank of America Stadium for the first time as a member of the Chicago Bears on October 12th.

The defending super bowl champion New Orleans Saints open the entire NFL Season on September 9th.  The Saints host the Vikings in a rematch of last years thrilling NFC title game.
