Gamecock's headcoach Steve Spurrier confirmed earlier this week that quaterback Aramis Hillary is transferring.

COLUMBIA, SC -- Former Gamecock quarterback Aramis Hillary will transfer to Coastal Carolina. Hillary says he chose the school because he has close ties with Chanticleers Head Coach David Bennett.
Hillary's high school teammate, Keyon Cunningham also plays for Coastal.
Hillary redshirted last season and says he's transferring because he doesn't expect to get a lot of playing time this season.
