After suspending game two of the doubleheader Saturday evening, the South Carolina Gamecocks and the Mississippi State Bulldogs resumed their game, picking it up in the second inning. South Carolina was trailing 4-0 when the game was delayed, and that is all Mississippi State would need. The Bulldogs added three more runs in the fourth and went on to defeat the Gamecocks 10-3. South Carolina's Blake Cooper took the loss and is now 1-2 on the season. Cooper allowed four runs on just four hits in two innings on Saturday. A shortened game, third in the series, will be just seven innings and will get underway at 3:30 PM.
We'll have the details on that game Sunday night on WACH FOX News at Ten.
