CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- Carolina Panthers safety Terrence Holt keeps getting asked about his more famous brother.
As Holt contends with rookie Charles Godfrey for the starting free safety job, he acknowledged Tuesday that he'd love to one day be teammates with Torry Holt. The elder Holt has two years left on his contract with the St. Louis Rams.
Shortly after Terrence signed with the Panthers in March, Torry said he'd like to join his brother in Carolina. Torry Holt is a seven-time Pro Bowler with 805 career receptions. He turns 32 on Thursday.
Terrence Holt has some work to do to stick with the Panthers. A third-round pick, Godfrey is working with the starters this week.
