GREENVILLE (WACH) - Jon McGibbon homered and drove in five runs to lead Clemson to a 12-5 win over Furman Tuesday night at Fluor Field in Greenville.
The Tigers, who improved to 19-14 overall, scored their 12 runs on 11 hits. McGibbon and Thomas Brittle each had three hits.
David Haselden, the second of three Tiger pitchers, earned the win. His record is now 2-1.
Clemson hosts Georgia Wednesday night.
