CLEMSON, SC (WACH) - Garrett Boulware drilled a three-run homer and drove in four runs to lead Clemson to a 10-5 win over Morehead State at Doug Kingsmore Stadium on Tuesday night.

The Tigers improved to 12-7, while the Eagles fell to 7-13 with the loss. It was the first meeting between the two teams since 1997.

In the fourth inning, Clemson exploded for six runs on four hits. Boulware delivered a two-out, three-run home run over the left-field foul pole that inning, tallying his fourth long ball of the season. Boulware went 2-for-4 with a homer and four RBI.

Clemson and Morehead State will wrap up their two-game, midweek series at Doug Kingsmore Stadium on Wednesday at 4:00pm.
