Chapin — Chapin Elementary School students will be dismissed at 10:30 a.m. today due to power outage.  The school is currently without power and experts estimate that it can take as long as three hours to repair.

Buses will take students home beginning at 10:30 a.m.  Parents of car riders should make arrangements to start picking up their child(ren) at 10:30 a.m.
