COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) - Good luck getting a ticket the conventional way for Opening Day at Carolina Stadium. South Carolina's season opener with Liberty is sold out.

Eight of the last 12 games at Carolina Stadium have been sellouts including six of the last seven.

First pitch for the season opener is set for 3pm Friday. Live video broadcast is available at GamecocksOnline.com and live radio broadcast can be heard on the Gamecock Radio Network's flagship station, 107.5 FM "The Game."

Standing room only tickets are still available for Saturday and Sunday's games agaisnt Liberty. First pitch on both those days is slated for 1:30 pm.

South Carolina set a record this year for season ticket sales with a total of 5,835 sold.
