COLUMBIA (WACH) - Gamecock fans are invited to send the women's basketball team off to the next round of the NCAA Tournament Thursday afternoon.
The send-off is scheduled for Thursday at 1:20 p.m. at the Elephant Room entrance of the Carolina Coliseum on Park Street in Columbia.
The team will board the buses at 1:30 p.m.
The Sweet 16 bound South Carolina team is set to face top-seed Stanford at 11:30 p.m. Eastern time Saturday at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, Ca.
The game will air nationally on ESPN2.
WACH Fox will be in Fresno and have full coverage on the Gamecocks as they try to advance to the Elite Eight.
