COLUMBIA (WACH) -- NBA basketball is coming to Columbia. A pre-season game between the Charlotte Bobcats and the Detroit Pistons will be played at Colonial Life Arena on Saturday, October 16.
The Bobcats and Head Coach Larry Brown are fresh off the franchise's first postseason appearance, and franchise record 44-win season.
This will be the Bobcat's third preseason game in South Carolina and second in Columbia.
Tickets go on sale Wednesday, August 11 at 10:00am and can be purchased at the Box Office at Colonial Life Arena, Play it Again Sports outlets in Northeast Columbia and Lexington, online at TWCtix or charge by phone at 1-877-4-TWC-TIX (1-877-489-2849).
