Mother finds alleged kidnapper at Sumter store

Sumter police arrested 41-year-old Wanda Grinnell on Wednesday and charged her with attempted kidnapping. / Sumter Police

Authorities say a woman shopping at a convenience store in Sumter spotted the woman who tried to kidnap her daughter two days before.
