Horn out as USC basketball coach

A person familiar with the decision says South Carolina has fired men's basketball coach Darrin Horn after the Gamecocks' disappointing season in the Southeastern Conference. / FILE

The Gamecocks finished the season 10-21 and 2-14 in the SEC. USC finished in last place in the SEC for the second time in six years.
