Today at 12:56 AM  The Gamecocks softball team scored five runs in the fifth inning and Audrey Broyles pitched a complete game as USC stayed alive with a 5-1 win over Houston in the NCAA Tournament on Saturday.

Yesterday at 11:51 PM  LB Dantzler hit two solo home runs, but it was not enough to take down Mississippi State as the Bulldogs defeated USC 7-2 to win the series.

Thursday, May 16, 2013  After 12th ranked South Carolina built a 4-1 lead, 16th ranked Mississippi State struck with four runs in the bottom of the eighth inning including a two-out bases loaded walk to Brett Pirtle that scored Nick Ammirati as the Bulldogs defeated the Gamecocks 5-4 on Thursday night in a game one of a three-game SEC series.
