COLUMBIA (WACH)- Dissatisfied citizens who filed protests on the November elections will have the chance to make their case Monday at the Richland County administration building.

At the hearing, former county council candidate Michael Letts will protest the results of the penny sales tax.  Letts was critical of the tax proposal as a candidate.

Letts also plans to protest the result of the Richland County Council District 8 election.  Letts lost that race to incumbent Jim Manning.

Former County Council candidate Celestine Parker will have her protest of the Council District 7 race heard at 1:45 p.m.
