Suspect in several Midlands armed robberies in custody

FOREST ACRES, S.C. (WACH) --  A suspect in several robberies in the Midlands has been caught.

According to Forest Acres Police Lieutenant Bryant Hinson, Antonio Dequan Sadler placed an order at the Taco Bell on Decker Blvd.  Once the register opened Sadler is accused of producing a handgun and removed money from the register. 

On Friday, Sadler entered a Subway at 3810 Two Notch Rd, placed an order. As the register opened, Sadler is accused of producing a gun and fleeing with money from the register. 

Police say the result of investigation lead to Sadler being identified as the subject in both robberies and has been arrested.  Sadler has been charged with two counts of Armed Robbery and two counts of Possession of a Firearm During a Violent Crime.

Sadler is also wanted by Columbia Police for armed robberies in the Beltline and Rosewood area of Columbia.
