COLUMBIA (WACH) - Motorists driving on Intrestate 26 around the metro Columbia area had a rough time getting around Monday.

Around 3:40 a.m., a Turkey truck overturned in the Westbound lane of I-26 in the Northwest area of Richland County.  That accident caused headaches for early morning communters.  There were no serious injuries in that accident. 

Later in the day, a vehicle caught on fire near Irmo.  That incident shut down the left lane going east, slowing traffic again as crews had to clean up the site.
