COLUMBIA (WACH) - The Richland County Sheriff's Department is investigating a Monday morning shooting.

Deputies say two individuals were involved in a fight on the 7600 block of Garners Ferry Road in Columbia around 5:20 a.m. Monday.

One person shot the other in the upper body.

The victim drove to the hospital after being wounded.

The condition of the victim has not been released.
