COLUMBIA (WACH) -- Richland County Coroner Gary Watts has released toxicology results on four young people who died in a fiery car crash last month near Williams-Brice Stadium.

Watts says all the people in the car including the driver, were above the legal alcohol limit.

According to Watts, driver Brian McGrath had a BAC of 0.157. The legal limit in South Carolina is 0.08.

Kelsey Harris, Melinda Pipp and Billings Fuess, IV also died in the crash.

Coroner Watts says all four victims also had evidence of marijuana use in the toxicology results.

According to Watts, the blood alcohol content of the driver and speed were major factors in the crash.

Authorities say the car was traveling at least 90 miles per hour when it slammed into a building off George Rogers Boulevard and caught fire. The speed limit in the area is 40 miles per hour.

Investigators say all victims died in the initial crash before the car caught on fire.
