In what will prove to be an interesting case out of Texas, a 14-year-old girl is at odds with her family about the fact that she is pregnant.  Her family wants her to get an aborition, she does not.  At this point, a judge has stepped in, at least in the short term, to examine who can make this decision, and how Roe v.
