Usually the cheerleaders help teams win, but at North Central High School in Kershaw County, it's the cheerleaders bringing home the hardware.

In the first season of competition the North Central High School cheer team came in second in the Rumble in the jungle competition.  The NCHS Cheer team scored 183 points and will be competing in the SC Lower State Cheerleading Competition on November 12th.

Coach Chelsea Sutusky recently expressed her pride in her team’s progress  “Our girls are working really hard and they’re gonna bring the heat.”
