COLUMBIA (WACH)-- The USC Gamecocks have moved up in both the Associated Press and USA Today/Coaches polls released Sunday afternoon. They climbed four spots to 10th in both polls this week.

In the latest BCS standings the Gamecocks sit at number 9, up from 13 last week.

The Gamecocks (7-1, 5-1 SEC) are coming off a 14-3 win at Tennessee Saturday. They are on the road again this coming Saturday to face the 8th ranked Arkansas Razorbacks (7-1, 3-1 SEC).

The Clemson Tigers, meanwhile, take a tumble in the polls after falling from the ranks of the unbeaten with a 31-17 loss at Georgia Tech on Saturday. The Tigers drop from 5th to 11th in the BCS standings and  sit at 11th and 12th in the AP and Coaches Polls respectively.

Clemson now has a bye week before taking on Wake Forest on November 12.
