COLUMBIA (WACH) this week on the Dog WACH, we met Cash, a 2 year old male Husky mix, who is waiting for his forever home.  Pawmetto Lifeline foster kelly Maulden.

Maudlen said that Cash, or “Johnny Cash” as she calls him at home, is a playful friendly dog.  “You know how some dogs have it in their head that they are bigger than they are?  In Cash’s case, he thinks he is a little lap dog,” she said.

Cash certainly is friendly and very happy.  He gets along well with children and other dogs.

The adoption fee for Cash or any of the dogs at the Pawmetto Lifeline is $150, which goes helps pay for a microchip, all shots, some food and a collar.  Additionally, all dogs are spayed or neutered.

You can meet cash in person at the Harbison Pet Smart Saturday mornings at 10:30.

If you are interested in adopting from the Pawmetto Lifeline, or becoming a foster, details are available at the Pawmetto Lifeline website.
