CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) -- South Carolina's College of Charleston is finding some unique ways to help students get through the pressure of final exams.

The program is called Cougar Countdown and gives students mini-massages to help them relax.

If that doesn't work, students later can vent their frustrations with peer counselors. The counselors are offering both individual sessions and group sessions.

The Cougar Countdown program offers ways to help students feel calm and centered during finals.

Last week, the program offered such things as meditation, Zumba and badminton nights. Finals end Wednesday.
