COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- Columbia's Trinity Episcopal Cathedral is celebrating the end of a three-year, $7 million restoration.
The church, which has sat next to the Statehouse for more than 150 years, doesn't have any ceremonies planned Sunday.
Instead, church officials told The State they simply plan to begin with the new fall worship schedule.
The church cleaned and repaired its stained glass windows, rewired the entire church, replaced termite-infested trusses and did a number of other repairs.
