Scrooges and Angels list released

COLUMBIA -- The South Carolina Secretary of State's office released its 14th annual Scrooges and Angels list Wednesday.

The office ranks charities based on the percentage of their funds raised that actually go towards what they promise. Angels donate a high percentage while Scrooges donate very little.
