Two former police officers in Horry County are off the hook - for now.

Horry County Police Charles Dean and Myrtle Beach Police David Gaither were both suspected of exposing themselves at an intracoastal waterway party during the July 4th weekend.

The police departments are not going to charge the two - though the Horry County Solicitor's office could still press charges.

The internal investigations will continue, and the files will be turned over to the Solicitor's Office to see if prosecutors want to pursue charges.
