COLUMBIA, SC -- A suspect turns himself in after seeing himself on TV.

The Richland County Sheriff's Department says the unidentified suspect admitted to using an ATM card at 217 Forum Drive.  The suspect made three unauthorized withdrawals totaling $200.

The identity of the suspect will not be released until charges are filed next week.
