(AP) -- CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (AP) -- One of six people accused of organizing fights at a state-run facility for the mentally and physically disabled in Texas has been arrested in South Carolina.
Federal authorities say they arrested 22-year-old D'Angelo Riley on Friday at a relative's home in Charleston, S.C. He is awaiting extradition to Texas.
Riley and five others were charged March 12 with injury to a disabled person after police identified them in videos of the fights recorded on a cell phone. The others already are in custody.
Investigators say staff at the Corpus Christi State School organized the fights among residents for their entertainment and recorded the bouts on cell phones.
