A former school administrator already accused of inappropriate conduct with minors is in more trouble after investigators say more alleged victims have come forward.

Stephen Eubanks, 67, is in jail after a judge denied him bond Tuesday afternoon. Eubanks faces nine charges including second degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor. The North Augusta man worked with the Aiken, Georgetown and Lancaster County school systems.

According to arrest warrants, Eubanks is accused of having sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old male and also had the teen masturbate in front of him while watching adult pornography. Those allegations date back to 1993.

A year earlier, Eubanks is accused of allowing the same boy, who was 13 years old at the time, to perform oral sex on him.

The defendant allegedly gave that teen alcoholic beverages and marijuana.

Another arrest warrant says in 1977 Eubanks also allowed a 15-year-old male to perform oral sex on him at his former residence and at Paul Knox Middle School, both in North Augusta.

Investigators say Eubanks took that same teen to several rest areas off Interstate 20 in Aiken County and forced him to perform sexual acts with unknown adult men.

Also in 1977, an arrest affidavit goes on to say Eubanks forced a 15-year-old female student to rub his genitals on the outside of his clothing. This allegedly happened in Eubanks' vehicle in Aiken County.

The State Law Enforcement Division has set up a toll-free hotline dedicated to this investigation. These most recent charges came about after alleged victims contacted SLED officials.

Investigators say they have heard from several others and it's possible Eubanks could face more charges.
