3 missing people from Columbia found dead in Louisiana

MADISON PARISH, LA (WACH/MYARKLAMISS.COM)- Three people missing from Columbia have been found dead in Louisiana.

According to Monroe, Louisiana Fox affiliate KARD, the car carrying 48-year-old Brady Brown 67-year-old Eddie Lee Cobb and 51-year-old Ella Williams was found in the Tensas River on West I-20 near mile marker 161 on I-20 West in Madison Parish about 60 miles east of Monroe, La.

Columbia Police Chief Randy Scott said  on January 17 Brady S. Brown, 49, was with his uncle, Eddie Lee Cobb, Jr., 68, and a family friend, Ella Williams, 52, to attend a funeral in Columbia on January 4. The trio left Columbia in a 2006 gold color Dodge Stratus with paper tags on January 7.

The last known location of the three was Birmingham, Alabama on January 7.
