Christmas trees arriving at SC Governor's Mansion

COLUMBIA (AP) -- Christmas is coming to the Governor's Mansion in Columbia as three white pine trees are being delivered thanks to the state Christmas Tree Growers Association.

The trees are being delivered to the mansion on Monday morning. The trees are coming from the Turkey Creek Christmas Tree Farm in McCormick.

In addition, the families of five South Carolina National Guardsmen who are being deployed or are about to be deployed are receiving poinsettias that were grown by members of a Future Farmers of America chapter in Lexington.
