COLUMBIA (WACH) - Columbia police say they've arrested the suspect in a shooting at a Columbia restaurant that happened earlier this summer.
Billy Jo Downs of Greenville is accused in the incident that happened at The Cook-Out in Five Points. He faces several charges including attempted murder.
Police Chief Randy Scott says Downs shot a man in the parking lot of the restaurant. The victim was treated and released from the hospital.
