Hartsville man dies in industrial accident

HARTSVILLE, S.C. (AP) -- A Hartsville man has died in an accident at a paper plant.

WBTW-TV in Florence reports that 35-year-old Jeffrey Scott Brown died in the accident Monday morning.

Darlington County Coroner Todd Hardee says Brown died at the scene after he was caught in a machine that is used to make paper.

Brown started working at the plant earlier this year.
