COLUMBIA (WACH/AP) An Eastover man who was charged with making a telephone bomb threat to a school and possession of child pornography has plead guilty in U.S. District Court in Columbia on Wednesday.

Sidney Myers was accused of making the threat, along with 2 others, in November of 2011.  According to prosecutors, Myers anonymously placed two phone calls to Eau Claire High School in Columbia, claiming to have placed six bombs around the school.  No bombs were found.

In a press release, the FBI said that they discovered five videos of him engaging in sexual activity with his then-16-year-old girlfriend while investigating the bomb threats.
