COLUMBIA (WACH) - With 70 days until the 2012 South Carolina State Fair, tickets are now on sale.
All tickets for the fair and Pepsi Grandstand events went on sale Tuesday morning at 10 a.m.
According to the fair's official website, the $65 Family Fun Pack, which includes five gate admission tickets, 2 ride vouchers and ten $1 food discount coupons, will only be available for purchase during the month of August.
Other discounts are available through October 9.
The fair will be held in Columbia October 10 through October 21.
Pepsi Grandstand entertainment this year will include performances by Boyz II Men, O.A.R, Thompson Square, the Doobie Brothers and more.
If you are a fan of fair food, Tim Wilson with the SC State Fair says there will be old and new favorites available.
"We try to have a new food every year, something we haven't had before," said Wilson.
Wilson also said that people can expect to see the doughnut burgers again this year.
