Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott says 28-year-old Sean Kareen Osbourne was arrested Tuesday around 1 p.m. on Beltline Boulevard. He is charged with murder.

RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WACH) - An arrest has been made in a 2005 murder that happened in Camden.

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott says 28-year-old Sean Kareen Osbourne was arrested Tuesday around 1 p.m. on Beltline Boulevard. He is charged with murder.

Lott says investigators received information in reference to the location of Osbourne from a "concerned citizen." Osbourne is wanted in connection with a 2005 murder in Camden.

On Tuesday, March 22, 2005, Camden police officers were dispatched to a shots fired call on Lee Street around 6 a.m. Officers round a victim lying on the side of the road. The victim died as a result of the shooting, according to authorities.

Lott says Osbourne was released to the custody of the Camden Police Department with additional charges forthcoming.
