IRMO, SC (WACH) - The home in an upscale Irmo neighborhood where two people were killed in April is for sale.
According to Zillow.com, 12 Tackeria Court in Ascot Estates is listed for sale for $749,000.
The five bedroom, five bathroom home sits on a one acre lot.
The Richland County Sheriff's Department has not released many details on the case, but they are still investigating the deaths of 44-year-old Tammy Parker and 46-year-old Bryan Capnerhurst, who were both found shot to death in the home on April 13.
Coroner Gary Watts said parker was found in the upstairs office of the home, which she lived in with her husband and children. Capnerhurst was found in an upstairs storage space near the office.
Watts says both died from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body and were pronounced dead at the scene.
Tammy Parker owned the home with her husband, Brett Parker.
Parker's husband was home at the time of the shooting and has been questioned by investigators, but no charges have been filed in the case.
Brett Parker's attorney, David Fedor, offered his explanation of what happened that day in late April.
Fedor said Parker invited Capnerhurst to the couple's home and he had been there before. Fedor says Capnerhurst had a gun. At some point, the attorney says Capnerhurst shot Tammy Parker then pointed the gun at Brett and ordered him to open his safe.
Fedor says Parker had a gun in the safe and used the weapon to shoot Capnerhurst in "self-defense."
Fedor says he doesn't know why Capnerhurst shot Tammy Parker, but adds it happened before Capnerhurst turned the gun on Brett Parker.
Richland County authorities did not comment on Fedor's claims, and simply said the case is still under investigation.
Deputies have released one page of an incident report from the day of the shooting. The rest of the report has not been released due to information linked to the investigation.
However, the page that was released shows Brett Parker called 9-1-1 to alert authorities about the shooting shortly before 1 p.m. on April 13, and was waiting for deputies in his driveway when they arrived.
Parker and his wife, a pharmaceutical representative, had two children.
Capnerhurst, who worked for the Lexington County Recreation Commision for more than two decades, had three children.
